Translating your expertise into training materials that get results.

You want your training to look as good as you are at delivering it.

And more than that, you want your clients walking away having learned something, getting real value and real results from the time they’ve spent with you.

I create training materials built around how people learn, so your audience gets the results they came for and you look the part while delivering it.

Professional learning materials for trainers, coaches, and course creators

If you deliver workshops, training, or courses where people are paying to learn from you,  your materials need to match your expertise and get results.

Where your credibility quietly leaks

You’re good at what you do. But somewhere along the way your materials haven’t kept pace, maybe a Canva template adapted in an evening, or a deck that’s been tweaked and added to time after time and now resembles a Frankenstein mish mash.

Your audience can tell the difference, even if they couldn’t say why.

They notice when they get lost halfway through, when their attention drifts to their phone or their shopping list. And once the session’s over, they can’t quite remember what they were meant to take away.

I help translate what’s in your head into materials that actually hold their attention.

Learners see professional materials and instantly trusts your expertise.

Clear visuals keep learners engaged and following along.

Considered design supports memory and understanding.

Well-designed takeaways make it easy to apply learning.

Happy learners become your best marketing team.

Your workshops fill. Your reviews glow. Your business grows.

Materials built to get your audience real results

Before anything gets designed, I look at whether your content is structured in a way that matches how people learn.

Most training materials get the order backwards, design first, content squeezed in around it. I do the opposite.

I map out the learning journey, the structure, the flow, where someone might mentally check out, and only once that’s nailed down do I touch the visuals.

This is part of a process I call the Design-ology Method: discovery, then digging into your content and audience, then mapping the learning journey, and only then, design.

Working this way means your clients get results that last long after the training ends, and that’s what turns them into your biggest cheerleaders.

Designed around how your clients learn

As well as my own Methodology, I also use established instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, Kemp’s backward design, and Kolb’s experiential learning, choosing whichever fits your content and your audience best.

I also think about learning styles, accessibility, and what’s realistic for someone to absorb in the time you’ve got with them.

Every session’s different, so the approach gets tailored each time, so your clients get the best possible results from the time they spend with you.

Generic templates vs strategic learning design

Learning materials that work as hard as you do

Resources and materials designed to engage, educate, and elevate your expertise.

Help people learn and retain information

Strategic design that supports comprehension, not just "information on slides." Appropriate cognitive load. Real takeaways.

Position you as the premium choice

Professional materials that justify your pricing and make participants think "this is going to be good" the moment they see them.

Set up your next conversion

Whether that's another booking, a referral, or a sale, your materials should be working while you focus on planning and delivery.

Unique and custom designed training materials

Workshop decks & course slides

Slides that keep your audience with you, not scrolling their phone under the table.

I structure the content so there’s enough on each slide to be useful, but not so much it overwhelms, with a clear flow that supports what you’re teaching, not just what looks good projected on a screen.

Whether you’re delivering live or it gets recorded and watched back later, your deck should make people think “this person knows exactly what they’re doing” before you’ve said a word.

Workbooks that give your audience somewhere to process what you’re teaching, not just a notes page bolted on at the end.

Space to think, apply, and take something away that’s still useful weeks later.

I build in exercises, prompts, and takeaway pages that are designed around how your specific session runs, not generic templates with blank boxes.

And because the layout’s been properly thought through, your audience sees the value in the materials themselves, not just what’s written inside them.

Editable PDF, Google Doc, or a standard PDF, whatever works for how you deliver.

Short, focused resources your audience can use after the session’s over, a framework, a checklist, a step-by-step they’ll refer back to rather than file away and forget.

Keeping these clean and focused means they get kept, not binned, and often shared on, which means your name’s still doing work for you long after the session’s ended.

What you walk away with

Whatever combination of slides, workbooks, or resources your training needs, what you end up with is unmistakably yours, not a template with your logo slapped on top, not something you’ll spot recycled on someone else’s website.

And because it’s built properly the first time, it keeps working for you well beyond the original session. Same materials, future booking, no scramble.

Real projects. Real results

Training materials designed to build trust, establish credibility and get results.

Real projects. Real results

One project, assets you can keep on using

Every graphic, diagram, and visual I create for you doesn’t just live in one slide deck. It’s yours to reuse, across your workbooks, your website, your social posts, wherever you need it.

One investment, endless applications.

You get a set of assets that keep paying you back, long after the original project’s wrapped up.

FAQ's

You can, plenty of people do.

But there’s a difference between making something look okay and building something around how your audience actually learns and retains information.

Canva’s great for putting words on a nice background.

It doesn’t know anything about cognitive load, learning flow, or where your audience is likely to switch off halfway through.

That’s the bit you’re paying for, not the visuals on their own.

You could, and you’d end up with something fast, but generic.

AI tools work off templates and patterns it’s seen before, so what comes out tends to look a lot like what everyone else is generating too, which is the opposite of standing out as a premium provider.

It also doesn’t know your audience, your teaching style, or what’s worked (or flopped) in your sessions before.

There’s a practical issue too. With AI-generated slides, you’re usually stuck with one flat output.

There’s no way to easily pull a diagram out and reuse it on your website, or adapt a graphic for a social post, the way you can with materials built properly from the ground up.

What I create is built as individual, reusable assets, not just a finished deck you can’t take apart.

That’s exactly where most clients start, and it’s the ideal starting point.

I’m not here to write your content for you, you’re the expert, you’ve already done that bit.

What I do is take what you’ve got and restructure it so it actually lands, then design it properly.

Having existing content doesn’t replace the need for this, it’s the raw material I work with.

I don’t work to a fixed slide or page count, because every training session is different, and capping it at a set number doesn’t make sense once you actually map out the learning journey.

What matters is what your content and your audience need, not hitting an arbitrary number.

That said, as a general guide, a half-day session will naturally need fewer slides and a shorter workbook than a full three-day training or course would.

The strategy call and learning journey mapping stage is where we figure out what’s actually right for your specific session, rather than guessing upfront.

Two rounds of revisions are included per item across every package.

That’s generally plenty, most feedback gets sorted in the first round, with the second used for final tweaks.

This depends on the package and how quickly you can turn around feedback at each stage.

In the discovery call, we’ll agree a deadline that works for both our schedules, so you’ve got a realistic timeline upfront.

As a rough guide, a slide deck and mini workbook for a half day training session will normally take about 3 weeks, depending on my availaibilty and your requirements.

Yes! Everything’s built to be reusable, and the graphics, diagrams, and visuals created for you can be used again across slides, workbooks, your website, and social media.

The core packages cover the project itself, but if you want ongoing help (refreshing materials for new audiences, building out additional sessions), that’s something we can discuss separately.

I take a hybrid approach, blending my own Design-ology Method with established frameworks like ADDIE, Kemp’s backward design, and Kolb’s experiential learning, pulling on whichever fits your content and your audience best.

I also think about learning styles, accessibility, and what’s realistic for someone to absorb in the time you’ve got with them.

It’s intuitive and tailored exactly to you, your preferences and the way you like to teach, and to your audience, not lifted from a template, so your clients get the best possible results from the time they spend with you.
