The brief in detail

Leadership 43 offers coaching, training and support to people at all levels in their career.

They wanted a new digital brochure to help promote one of their new offers; a package called “Optimise the Team” which focuses on working with teams to establish strengths, iron out any issues to create a united team that works together.

The brochure will be emailed to potential customers and intended for on-screen use so needed to be easy to read and understand.

The design

I’ve used Leadership 43’s brand colours and fonts to keep their appearance consistent with the rest of their branding.

I chose a sketched style selection of images to be used throughout because they felt approachable and friendly. I’ve coloured them to match the brand colours adding an extra layer of unity to the design.

Because the brochure is digital, I wanted it to be easy to read on-screen. Use of large fonts and high contrast helps the reader digest the information easily without having to zoom in.

Use of bullet points, infographics such as the timeline and a text hierarchy of headings and sub-headings make the design easy to read, visually attractive and guides the reader through the information.
