Once we decide to work together, here’s what happens:
Phase 1: Strategic Foundation
What happens:
I’ll send you a tailored design brief to complete before our strategy session. This helps me understand your business goals, audience, and what success looks like for you.
Why it matters:
Great design starts with strategy, not software. The more I understand about your business, your audience, and your challenges, the more effective your materials will be.
Phase 2: Strategy Session
What happens:
We’ll have a focused call to review your brief, clarify your goals, and make sure we’re completely aligned on what you need and what success looks like.
Why it matters:
This is where we move from “what you think you need” to “what will actually work.” I’ll ask questions you might not have considered and guide you toward the most strategic approach
Phase 3: Strategic Design & Development
What happens:
Using my 20+ years of design experience, I’ll create your materials from scratch using:
- My BRAND Framework for sales materials (ensuring everything aligns with your business positioning and audience needs)
- ADDIE/SAM instructional design principles for learning materials (making sure participants actually retain and apply what you teach)
- Custom design tailored to your brand, your goals, and your audience
Why it matters:
This is where the magic happens. I’m not pulling a template and changing the colours. I’m creating something unique to you.
You’ll get:

I’ll send you the first proof for review. You can take your time and check over the proof to make sure everything’s how you envisioned.
Why it matters:
I want you to love what you’re getting. This is your chance to see the design come to life and request any changes before we finalise.
Phase 5: Revisions & Finalisation
What happens:
You provide feedback, I make revisions, and we repeat until you’re delighted. I include reasonable revision rounds with every project because I’d rather you have something you love than something you paid for but won’t use.
Why it matters:
Your materials need to work for you. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll fix it.
Phase 6: Delivery
What happens:
You receive:
