Elemental Health supports young people with anxiety and offers training, coaching and therapeutic support for schools, parents and youth professionals.
As part of their resources and sessions, they give clients access to resources full of tips, activities and help that they can access their own time and refer to whenever they may need support and guidance. They also list lots of helpful external resources that are trusted and may help the reader further.
These resource pack is intended to used digitally but also can be printed out if required.
Therefore the design needed to be easy to read and suitable for printing.
The design
I kept the design in keeping with the rest of Elemental Healths branding to keep everything consistent.
To make things as easy for the reader as possible, where necessary, I included clickable links to external resources
I used icons in the same design as previous ones, to help emphasise each tip.
