TPC: Course Leaflets

Project overview

TPC delivers trauma-informed behaviour training for schools – practical workshops that give teaching staff tools they can actually use in the classroom the next day. The challenge? Schools get bombarded with training offers that promise the world and deliver generic theory. TPC needed marketing materials that immediately positioned them as different: implementable, evidence-based training that works in real classroom situations.

What I created

Course leaflets designed to cut through the noise and speak directly to time-poor school leadership teams. Building on TPC’s existing brand identity, I used their calming, natural palette made up of soft greens and earthy tones that reflect their trauma-informed, connection-focused approach, to create materials that feel professional and approachable rather than corporate and sales-y.

Strategic design decisions

The layout does three jobs:

1: Clear session topics with checkmarks show exactly what’s covered…from attachment theory to creating behaviour policies that actually connect with kids. No vague promises, just specific content.

2: A powerful testimonial from another teacher – “This has been the best training I have ever done” – does more credibility work than any marketing copy could.

3: Transparent pricing and flexible delivery options are stated upfront, because schools need to make budget decisions quickly.

The result

Marketing materials that position TPC as the practical, evidence-based choice in a market saturated with generic training providers. When schools compare their options, TPC’s leaflets make it immediately clear they’re not offering theory for theory’s sake…they’re offering implementable tools that support both staff and students.
