We were approached by our existing client Peter to create a website for his new company called Signature Walls. They specialise in surface design and textured plaster and wanted a website was to attract new customers and to send prospects to during a sales call.

A picture tells a thousand words
We arranged for some professional photos to be taken to show case feature projects. This imagery really helps to show the customers the quality of the work and give a better idea about finish types.

Educate prospects
One of the main challenges was to educate customers about the different plaster options available. We did this through a series of images and informational pages, as well as creating a knowledge centre with some articles to explain further. This is good practise to improve your customer experience on your website by being helpful as well as keep people on it for longer and for SEO purposes. A win-win situation!
We also decided to add the option of offering sample boards. This way a customer will be able to see first hand the samples and put it against their wall to help visualise the finished look.

Easy to read
By adding key information in bitesize sections, we avoided huge walls of text that people won’t read and made the information a lot easier to skim and absorb.
We used icons and illustrations instead of text to pull out key features and make them more memorable.

Footer
Large footers are a popular way to show off any additional information across all pages.
A lot of people also use footers as secondary navigation so it’s a good way to highlight key services and add links straight to the information.
