Project overview
Sky House Design Centre needed promotional material that would work as both an in-centre handout and local distribution piece in an affluent area.
The challenge was managing a multi-company collaboration where several premium brands needed equal representation without creating internal politics. When multiple stakeholders are involved, these projects typically derail into endless revisions and someone feeling shortchanged. That needed solving upfront.
What I created
A brochure printed on 250gsm silk with matte laminate finish. The substantial stock weight and tactile finish communicate quality the moment someone picks it up which is crucial when you’re targeting clients who value premium products.

Strategic design approach
I streamlined the entire process by establishing one main point of contact and providing clear specifications upfront: exact word counts per company and required file formats.
When logos arrived in low resolution, I recreated them as vectors rather than compromise print quality. To avoid any perception of preferential treatment, I arranged companies alphabetically, a neutral system that gave everyone equal positioning.
The design deliberately references lifestyle magazine aesthetics rather than typical trade brochures.
High-quality imagery, generous white space, and sophisticated typography create something worth keeping rather than immediately recycling – critical for a purchase decision cycle that can span months.
For the back cover, I guided them on content strategy: a QR code for direct appointment booking alongside an overview paragraph.
This creates a complete user journey from inspiration (front cover) to action (back cover) within a single piece.

The result
A collaborative project that stayed on track, avoided internal politics, and positioned all brands equally within a cohesive premium aesthetic.
The brochure works as both immediate sales tool and long-term credibility piece, exactly what’s needed when selling luxury home products.
