
We were given the content for a Pre-Paid Funeral Plan by John Edwards Funeral Directors.
They asked us to create a digital brochure that they can send to clients who require information about their plan. It will be sent via email or downloaded from a landing page on their website.
The plan had to be clear that although it was the Funeral Directors who offer the plan, it is on behalf of Golden Charter. This provides trust that the investment will be safe and secure.
The designs
The plan had to be easy to read and sympathetic in design, whilst use of local images comforted the reader and added a touch of familiarity.
We decided to include images of the staff at John Edwards to add a personal touch and a face to the name when people call or pop in to the office.
We also pulled out key information and transformed it from text into graphs or icons. This ensures important information is retained easily by the reader as images are more memorable than text alone. It also breaks up the design, making it attractive and easier to read.
